Shipping Policy
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Custom or pre-order items may take longer—please check product descriptions for details.
• Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days via UPS . International orders may take longer. All Deliveries will require signature at the time of delivery.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Pretty Luxe Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Refund & Exchange Policy
• All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and quality control reasons unless there is an error on our behalf.
• Order Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email prettyluxe.x@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and original packaging.
• Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
• No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns on Digital or Physical Products, Services included .
